This is a new character for the upcoming Girl's Frontline crossover with Tom Clancy's The Division. Despite looking like Vector, this isn't the same Vector who works at Griffin PMC, as this T-Doll is a Division agent named "Agent Vector".
I remember looking at fanart crossing GF and The Division, like 3 years ago, and thinking "man this is a cool idea" but that was that.... never did I think a crossover would actually happen.
I freaking love Girls Frontline, best crossover events out of any gacha game out there, all of my favorites. VA-11 Hall-A, Gunslinger Girl, Honkai Impact, The Division, its like the devs somehow knew all my favorite things.
