Corrections made. Let me know if the reasons for any of them seem unclear.
Yeah, could you explain "Commandinky". The portmanteau of that one doesn't seem clear to me at least. Did you mean "Commandiny", i.e. "Commander" + "tiny"?
Also, thanks for the corrections. The entry on WWWJDIC wasn't really clear that é£ã³åºã could also be used as an introduction for calling someone over. That and I mistook the directionality for some of those speech balloons! >_<
Edit:
Actually, maybe you meant "Commander" + "dinky". To be honest, I've hardly ever heard that latter term, so it wasn't really near the top of my head.

Looks like you worked it out.

It was a matter of speech patterns. Nina ends most of her sentences in ãã. Also, it's åŒã³åºã, not é£ã³fåºã. That may account for your confusion.

I admit, I had to do a thesaurus search to remind myself of a synonym for "small" that begins with the letter D. I may revise that if I can find a synonym that blends better with "Commander". ("Tiny Commander/Commander Tiny" just seemed too bland for my taste.) "Comminiature"? "Micromander"? Eh, not sure if that's any improvement.

Ah, that's happened before. >_< When I read a Kanji wrong, particularly with names, I tend not to go back and check them again. It's some kind of cognitive bias or something, not helped by the fact that Kanji are already so damn complicated, which makes the energy of going back and double checking that much more resource intensive and therefore unappealing. ¯\_(ã)_/¯
