Added to "Origins" since many people is using Hikoi's depiction of Pekomama as an "official" design.
I do like this design (not too generic/irasutoya-like but not too sexualized), but it feels too early to make that decision. For example, the tag on danbooru doesn't have any other image using this design yet, but has 3-5 usingthedesign that is basically the irasutoya + bunny ears that Pekora actually used, but with blue (or pink, for one) hair.
It's way too early to be calling this "origins" of anything, I haven't seen anyone else use this design. The only thing it shares with a handful of other depictions is the single braid hairstyle, which is still much less common than above the shoulder hairstyles.

agreed that that was quite an early call to make, though I do think at this point abe's probably right going forward. I've seen 3 pictures with this design so far, and two of them are big names (hikosan and kukie-nyan). there might be a few more I haven't seen yet. it may be only 3 in a pool of 30 or so, but the rest of the designs are either very generic or aren't used more than once (beyond vague similarities), so once a design starts getting used multiple times like this (especially by some of the well-known fan-artists) it's probably fair to say that that design will very likely end up as the de facto design.
definitely shouldn't be put in the origins pool yet, though, as there's still only 27 pekomama pics up right now lol. need more fanart first before we can justify that, even if it does end up sticking.

Alright, since this design is now the most commonly used one. I'm gonna add it into "origins" pool for real now.
Should this go HiH as it is the basis for her Live2D design?
No. It would be HiH if you could somehow believe it's a total coincidence that they used the exact same design, but they got Hikosan to design her model, so they knew what they were doing. It was the most popular fan design, so it's hardly surprising. Hololive is very in touch with its fans.
PekoMama is already one of the most Popular Holomilf HoloMom ever since Pekora brought her on stream and fanartist were already drawing some nice fanart of her. But now after her 'official' debut the amount of fanart of PekoMama practically exploded like overnight. And god bless these fanartist.
