The theme seems to be Italian medieval wrestling, supposedly devised to wrestle guys in armor. Also anyone following Bitchcraft on twitter are aware that this guy is a reverse weaboo, an Asian guy interested in Europe, especially from the premodern period.
https://wiktenauer.com/wiki/Fiore_de%27i_Liberi It is written exactly like that in the preface here. Isn't there no problem since it's just a transcription of the original? I have no idea why you're so upset.

Who said I'm upset?
Anyway I dug deeper and it seems the original error is from whoever wrote the transcription reported here: https://wiktenauer.com/wiki/Page:Pisani-Dossi_MS_04a.jpg So at least it's not the fault of the artist himself. But a google search shows the exact same words are reported in numerous other sites, so who knows who did it first. " .ìiij. " in partiicular, I have no idea what they meant. Maybe it's an erroneous transcription of for "ivi" (here)?

Well, anyone would think you're angry when you just belittling it as gibberish without consideration.
yes, of course, It is not the artist's fault. And it's not someone else's fault. That's just what the original treaties says.
iiij just means "4". Since the original is written as iiij, it's just transcription. You're nothing more than nitpicking about what they wrote down at the time, claiming that the master Fiore is completely gibberish.

Sorry, maybe I phrased it wrong so it passed the wrong meaning across. In any case, the italian wikipedia article confirms the transcription this is taken from is Lingua Volgare. I'm creating the tag since it doesn't seem we have one, and removing italian text since it's technically not fully italian.
Translated. I'm not an ancient language specialist, but as a native speaker with some experience in archaic dialects, I believe I got the gist. Some useful terminology found at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glossary_of_Italian_fencing_terms "cengiaro", indeed.
