For those curious (because I had to look it up myself, even though it turns out I was familiar with the concept, just not this particular term for it), the term they're using here, "slip damage", refers to damage in games that can typically be healed over time. For those familiar with Monster Hunter (like me), this is the red part of the bar you see when you take damage that, if you stand around long enough, will heal itself automatically over time (typically caused by damage over time effects like poison, environmental heat damage, etc.).

On her first appearance she only had one "?" the second one come after Otaku saw her sleeping on the train. Looking at the songs it looks like forgotten childhood friend.

Yep. Though it's from before the reboot, there is official art of her in middle school, before the image change.
