    【艦船紹介】
    軽巡洋艦 応瑞(インルイ)
    東煌所属の防護巡洋艦。
    書道に長け、言動も立ち振る舞いも丁寧な閨秀(けいしゅう)そのもの。
    姉の肇和をちょっと困らせて、その姿を見て楽しむという意外とイタズラっぽい所もある。

    小型艦建造で期間限定で追加予定!

    I guess it depends on if you are using Wade-Giles system of romanization of Chinese or Official™ system pinyin.
    Because in second case it will be Ying Rui, which is why ship is named Ying Rui in wiki, and why I tagged it as Ying Rui. It has nothing to do with Japan, only what system of romanization you are using.

    Alright. But still, we use Global Server naming system for (most of) our tags [including skin names]. So I feel this one is no different.
