You guys are funny. She's going to trip. She's going to feel serious pain as her leg scrapes against the jagged wood. Flying has absolutely nothing to do with it. Only the tip of her foot may come into contact with water.

wouldn't it be just a matter of closing the "gap" on the bridge, or just Ran ordering her to stop and the shikigami contract kicking in action, or Yukari manipulating the Here and There border?

Anyway, I love Garnet's pics, the Yakumos' family trips are always something I can imagine happening in dreams or far after the time of humans.

Or she could be carried by her forward momentum, as should be evident by her moving forward, hence her foot will land just shy of the gap in the wood.

Or someone will photoshop the missing board for her ^_^
