The Northern people have developed a high resistance to the harsh winter of the Union

Especially near Arkhangelsk (which is where SB was built), that gets [relatively] softer and warmer climate thanks to both Gulf Stream and Atlantic Ocean in general

Looking at her dialogue line in the picture, I think she's somewhat of a tough type. Imagine the BB Kaga. (Still, to this point, the Parliament's rear line ships are full of tough types)

Yes, but again, thanks to Atlantic ocean, the average temperature in winter is ~-16C, so cold but not unbearable.

That just means she mastered her mechanical beasts, which is probably why she's letting them use weapons.

Yes, but the climate there is fairly similar to western Calgary in Canada.

@Strobe_Red are you sure it's kincora? It doesn't look like the kind of expression he usually draw.

I'd be shocked if it wasn't him.

Fun fact about Belorussiya - she had about 70,000 faulty rivets and had to be scrapped after about six months of work.

Sasuga going for building a massive battleship without any previous experience, know-how or specialized industry.

US had constant shipbuilding experience after WW1, the Japanese had design teams and experience crews to build the Yamatos, the Germans at least could have used Imperial shipbuilders' expertise when putting Bisco together. USSR had none of those.

Meanwhile, the Royal Navy is laughing because an outdated biplane affectionately known as 'stringbag' and a twenty-year old interwar dreadnought went and absolutely dunked on Kriegsmarine's most modern and advanced battleship. Not that Nazi Wunderwaffles getting shrekt by less-advanced weapons and such ever stopped being a trend, but it's still goddamned hilarious.
