A bokken (wooden sword) or bokutō 木刀 in Japanese? Possibly with ceremonial 晴 or ornamental 装飾用 added as a prefix. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I am no expert in either swords or Japanese language though so I would try to run that by someone knowledgeable with either.

Whats called shinai? Edit: Nevermind I did not catch the distinction initially. The source I was using for my previous comment when I looked up shinai very clearly explains the differentiation but for bokken it really doesn't. English translations and definitions for Japanese stuff can be hit and miss.
