I'm pretty sure Mamiya eavesdrops and gathers intels to report to Nagato (and later Idomiral) on any shipgirl shenanigans so that dude can regulate and make schemes to keep said shenanigans under control or help some eccentric/ scheming shipgirls (like the Iowa - Gangut - Warspite trio) get along better while still giving them free rein. She doesn't report to the higherups at HQ.

nah... I said don't bother. we're all saying stupid, harsh stuff sometimes. besides, no matter what harsh stuff you said, there's a lot more people more than willing to say nice stuff about Ido's comic.

not to mention, I heard Japanese twitter more than meany enough to make Hiei's curry look like a nice way to go. your "rude" comment probably do nothing to damage Ido.

I've now ended with Twitter completely --- mostly due to their new Googly directed 'You may only use FIVE [ modern ] browsers stance'; but also some disquiet regarding their meddling in politics ( on any side --- media are not meant to be political masters ).

Although it says it's an "imaginary Kasumi", so it could be just a figment of her imagination and not part of the comic, not justifying the fourth wall tag
