    I don't know all that much about MD5 hashes but the problem here seems to be that the source and this version on Danbooru are not the same, the most clear point to this being that the version on Danbooru is about 3 times larger than the source on twitter. So the source you got this from is in all likelyhood from somewhere else (perhaps this is a commissioner upload with a higher quality commissioner exclusive file? Or given that your username bears some similarities to the artists name, perhaps it is a self upload straight from the original file?).

    As for fixing it, I guess it's just a matter of adding the proper source? Unless all that extra data is just some fluff added by a third-party source, in which case the image should probably get replaced with an official upload from the artist.
