魈くんも遠目からではなく岩王帝君が庇護した璃月港を歩いて、璃月の人々がそれぞれの楽しみ方で楽しんでいる海灯祭を観て欲しいという思いで描きました。
タイトルにつきまして、璃月港千年の歴史と少年仙人をかけています。
製作所要時間：約8日前後
