it's hard to flourish in a shit hole and Africa in general is known for being a shit hole. i sure can't think of any talent off the top of my head other then this that's from Africa. and no, not all of Africa is but very little of it is really nice.
I know this party was a year ago but.. It's not rare to find talent in Africa, you can find talent in that continent just as much as you would find in Europe or another country, the style of the art might just be a little different.
