At first I was confused on why Tenshi instead of Sakuya, and then I remember Tenshi's name and attitude. spoiler]Tenshi= winged human, or angel (if interpeted as Heavenly human), Tendou= path of heaven. Both of them are arrogent bastards[/spoiler]
Reimu = Kuuga (Yuusuke Godai) - both use mystical powers; Kuuga is the first Heisei Rider; Reimu is, of course, the first main character of Touhou.
Mokou = Agito (Shouichi Tsugami) - both have fire-related motifs.
Meiling = Ryuki (Shinji Kidou) - Ryuki is designed like a Chinese Dragon; need I say more about Meiling?
Momiji = Faiz (Takumi Inui) - Momiji is a wolf tengu; Takumi already died several years prior to the events of Faiz, only to be resurrected as the Wolf Orphnoch.
Youmu = Blade (Kazuma Kenzaki) - both wield swords. Period.
Yuugi = Hibiki ("Hibiki", formerly Hitoshi Hidaka) - Yuugi is an Oni; the Riders of Hibiki are considered "Oni", having relinquished their human names to fight as Riders.
Tenshi = Kabuto (Souji Tendou) - Tenshi is a celestial; Souji always introduces himself as "walking the path of heaven, to rule over all".
Suika = Den-O [Sword Form] (Ryotaro Nogami) - Momotaros, the Imagin powering Den-O's default Sword Form, is as rowdy as Suika, and both share the same heavy Japanese style.
Remi = Kiva (Wataru Kurenai) - Kiva is patterned after a vampire. Remi... well, most of us know already.
Patchy = Decade (Tsukasa Kadoya) - Decade carries with him a book-like device which also doubles as a gun, a sword, and a storage for his cards, with which he can imitate the 9 previous Heisei Riders; Patchy carries with her a spellbook containing probably ALL kinds of magic.

Fourz would be one of the people from the moon. Probably Tewi given the silly nature of Fourz. I'd say OOO could be Shou. Treasure/Greed, she's a tiger, he has animal powers, etc.
