Based on what I can make out from the site, seems like this is going to be a mecha musume counterpart to 30 Minutes Missions, with a similar focus on modular customization. The site already shows alternate hairstyles, faces, upper body, and armor parts among the available option parts. The line is set to launch in July.
The prices are as follows according to the site: Richetta w/ base equipment - 2530 yen Face parts packs (comes with 3 or 4 options, site isn't too clear on it) - 1078 yen Hairstyles - 660 yen each Torso (replaces entire upper body) - 880 yen Armor parts set - 660 yen
this is bandai's answer to Kotobukiya's Frame Arm Girls but is relatively cheaper (also considering the core group of FA:G were designed by Shimada Fumikane its equally probably to no surprise he's also doing the core group for 30 minute sisters)
which begs the question will 30 minute sisters be as easy to build as the 30 minute mission mechas
Sorry for the bump, but it seems the eyes are just stickers. I'm not sure if it's a good idea. I would suspect them to flop.
Bandai already uses sticker eyes for the Figure-Rise character kits, the only exceptions being the Figure-Rise Labo line that costs a lot more than the base line and doesn't have any articulation. Stickers may not look as good as printed eyes but they help make the cost a lot lower, which is Bandai's main appeal - note how Richetta costs about half as much as your average Frame Arms Girl
