Cool card for Fubuki, but poorly designed magic card. The biggest issue is that it's incredibly undercosted. Starting with being a 4/4 for 3 mana, it's already undercosted for its stat line. It's abilities also have no downsides, with the main ability granting a unique +1/+2 instead of the standard +1/+1 that lords normally grant. Lastly, and there's also the fact that haste is a colour break (as pointed out by @Bloodtyrant), and not something WotC ever gives to WUB creatures.
To elaborate a little, the word for Flash on M:tG cards is 瞬速, which means like, lightning fast, faster than the eye can see. The first kanji means "blink" and the second "fast" and the word is pronounced shunsoku, but if you type that into your IME the first conversion is 瞬足 with the kanji for "foot" replacing the kanji for "fast". This isn't a word - it's a pun at best. Indeed, it seems to be the name of a shoe company, hence why it comes up first in conversion.
