Checking the tag history, I can see that both genderswap and genderswap_(mtf) have been on the post from the very beginning. You should check to make sure that you don’t have your blacklist disabled. In post view, if you see a blue button in the top left that says "Re-enable all", you’ll need to click it to re-enable your blacklist. If you don’t see anything in the top left, check to make sure it’s spelled correctly in your blacklist.
