On that subject, I like that despite having the most potent mind-control, Got is NOT a source of trouble and actually uses said mind-control to stop and cure the actual troublemakers. The closest we see to her posing some kind of threat is joining the zuiunists that one time.

Gangut just wanted to create a historical fan club, not promote communism. (Gangut is a capitalist.) There's nothing wrong with that. Her only fault is that she added furikake to the alcohol. Warspite and Iowa were too aggressive towards the harmless Gangut's club. And they attacked first.

I think Gangut expected that while Iowa fights with Yamato and British and Americans *just* fainted, she peacefully leaves the ship with Tashkent and Warspite alone shall have to deal with it. But it ended as classic "Wrong time, wrong place" situation for Warspite, Gangut and Frenchies.
