月に存在する生命無き海、『豊かの海』。その浜辺で二人の者が相対していた。

「妙な侵入者がいると報告を受けて来てみれば……お前は何者だ？何の目的があってここに来た？」

　一方は月の使者のリーダー格。都の防衛隊長も務める『綿月依姫』。

「うふふ……私の名前はビンボーミコ。この月の地にビンボー教を布教するためにやって来たの」

　片や幻想郷全土をビンボー教で埋め尽くし、今や幻想郷……もといビンボー郷のヒエラルキーの頂点となった『ビンボーミコ』。

　睨み合う二人の周囲の空間は殺気で満ちており、たった少しの衝撃で爆発してしまいそうな、正に一触即発の状況だった。

ビンボー教……何かの宗教なの？」

「そうね、この世界に貧乏であることの幸せを広めるために存在する教団と言えばいいかしら。（それにしても、いきなり洗脳し甲斐のありそうな者が来てくれるなんて、僥倖ね）」

「はぁ、なるほど。これはまた、これまで以上に厄介な闖入者みたい……ね！」

　不意を打つように依姫がビンボーミコへと突っ込み、刀で両断しようとする。

「遅いわね」

ガキンッ！！

「なっ……防がれた！？」

　だが、それをビンボーミコは涼しい顔をしながらステッキで受け止めた。

「もしかしてこれで全力なのかしら」

　神速とも言える一閃を完璧に防がれた依姫を煽るようにビンボーミコは囁いた。

「くぅ……このっ！」

キンッ、キンッ！

　挑発されたまま引き下がるわけにもいかず、幾度もビンボーミコに一太刀喰らわせようとする依姫であったが悉く受け止められてしまう。
　このままでは埒が明かないと判断し一旦距離をとる。
　別段慢心をしていたわけではなかったが、敵が想像以上の実力者であることに依姫は静かな驚きを隠せずにいた。
「……もう終わりかしら。じゃあ今度は私の番ね」

　自身の必殺の斬撃をいとも容易く弾かれた事で攻めあぐねる依姫に対し、ビンボーミコは攻守交替とばかりにビンボーステッキを依姫に突き付けステッキの先端から次々と不潔な色合いをした弾を放った。

「この弾は……不味い！！」

　打ち出される弾を一つ残らず刀で斬り祓う依姫。その眼には異様なほどの焦りが感じられた。
　なぜならビンボーミコの放った弾は月人の最も嫌う穢れが凝縮されたもの。そんなものをばら撒かれてしまっては月が穢れによって汚染されてしまう。それを防ぐために依姫は今ここで彼女の放つ弾を全て消滅させるしかなかった。

「ふふふふ。いつまで続けるつもりかしら。まぁ、私はいつまでも続いてもらっても構わないわよ。だって貧乏の力は無限大だもの」

「（確かにヤツの言う通りこのままではじり貧ね……。これ以上穢れを持ち込ませないためには穢れの根源を断つ、つまりビンボーミコを直接倒すしかない、か）」

　いくら月でも屈指の実力をもつ依姫とはいえ、極度の緊張状態で戦闘を続ければ疲れも見えてくる。月の都の為にも、彼女はすぐにビンボーミコとの決着を付けねばならなかった。

「（あまり使いたくはなかったけど、この力を使わざるを得ないようね）」

　余裕の笑みを浮かべながら弾の放出を抑えたビンボーミコの動きを見計らい、依姫は最後の切り札『神降ろし』を行う態勢に入った。

「伊豆能売よ……」

「――そこよ」

　だが依姫は二つの間違いを犯した。一つは穢れの蔓延に目を奪われ、ビンボーミコを倒すことばかりに気を取られてしまったこと。二つ目は、ビンボーミコの狙いは月の都の侵略であり、月を穢れで埋め尽くすことだと思い込んでしまったことだ。
　元々ビンボーミコの目的はビンボー教の信者を増やすことであり、侵略行為自体は二の次であったのだ。

　信者を増やすということは誰かを洗脳するということ。つまりこの場でその対象となりうる人物は……

「えっ……きゃあああぁっ！！」

　完全に隙を突かれた依姫は、ビンボーミコの放つビンボー弾をもろに喰らい吹き飛ばされてしまった。

「さぁ、貴方は一体どんな姿を見せてくれるのかしら？」

There is a lifeless sea in the Moon, called the "rich sea". Two people were facing each other on the beach.
"Got a report about a strange intruder ... Who are you? What purpose did you come here for?" -said the leader of the Lunarians, captain of the city's defense, "Yorihime no Watatsuki."
"Ufufu ... My name is Bimbo Miko. I came here to spread Bingbo." -said Bimbo Miko, who has filled the whole of Gensokyo with the Sect of Bingbo, and now is the pinnacle of the hierarchy of Gensokyo.

Yorihime plunges into Bimbo Miko to attack her out of a sudden, tries to cut her off with her sword.

However, Bingbo Miko caught it with a stick while making a cool face.

Bimbo Miko whispered to incite Yorihime, who was repelled her from a flash that could be called godspeed.

She couldn't withdraw while being provoked, and Yorihime tried to kill get Bimbo Miko, but failed in agony.
