I don't know if it's a mistake or if it's something I didn't understand, but I wonder why it says "1boy"
Well, look closer. Having breasts and feminine body doesn't automatically grants a character certified female gender in anime/manga world, after all. If anything, the futa tag in here is misused; futanari means the character has two sets of genitals, but here we only sees one. Can't see the source because it needs account, so can anyone post the artist' comment if there's one in the original source to ascertain if this Stephanie is futa or newhalf?

We use futanari as a catch-all tag and newhalf as a subset of futa, because most people don't care to know the difference and consider any character with a female body with male genitalia to be "futa"
We don't need to check with the artist because if this person had a pussy then we would definitely be able to see it in that ass shot. Not sure why it's tagged 1boy though, far as I know we would normally tag this 1girl.
Edit: I did double check, artist commentary doesn't say anything, but they listed the character's gender as "trans (female)". I don't know what the gender options are, so this could be the only pertinent choice, and not actually proof that the character is specifically intended to be trans.
