If there were going to be more strips, I definitely think it'd be appropriate for the lad's mother to have a little chat with Yamashiro about the importance of not harming her son, and the usefulness of 12 fuel, 15 ammo, 38 steel, and 5 bauxite to the war effort were he to be harmed nonetheless.

And Michishio looks more annoyed that he came back if anything.

Actually, I just re-read it from the start just before this run started. I kind of feel like it should be longer (so many breaks made it feel longer), but it also was still fun to reread it as it was the first time.

Nothing against Nagato, but why is she here along with the other girls, who are the closest to the Kidmiral? I believe she and the admiral haven't even interacted more than once in this series. I personally think Maya and Kitakami deserved to also be in here.
