Thats what I thought at too first. However look closely. That is a circle right? if I remember correctly, Akatsuki have clouds not circles.

I know... They aren't where they're supposed to be.

There's just something about the composition of this that ruins it.
I know I'm SUPPOSED to think those are Dan's legs & he's thrusting upwards, but I just can't see it as anything but a midget Haruka.

I'm not seeing whatever it is that you're seeing. Haruka looks just fine to me.
