I'd be a little reluctant to call "Oh My Goddess!" a harem animé (*especially* a harem manga), considering there's only one character Keiichi is even close to serious with, despite the number of women in his everyday life.

A lot of anime & manga series considered to be in the harem trope is when the protagonist (usually male) had multiple "haremettes" throwing themselves at him. The fact that the main character might not even be interested in any of them doesn't matter.
