Mr. Bubbles, the Last Golem, protecting an ordinary quiet little elementary school, because that's what it decided to do. All the kids know Mr. Bubbles is real, he talks with them and knows all the birds names and tells stories of days gone by, of shining knights and ancient wizards. He picks them up when they fall down, and listens to all the worries.
The adults, don't believe in Mr. Bubbles any more. They're older now, they've got jobs, and mortgages and responsibilities. Maybe they have children of their own. They don't have time to believe in fairy tales. To them Mr. Bubbles is just a strange old statue in the woods covered in children's scribbles.
But, deep down, they know they were children once. And they remember...
