Also maybe double as safety precaution? I can easily see her stashing blueprints, both dangerous and safe to public in the replacement's memory to ensure her company's survival long after her death by releasing them periodically, and so people wanting to steal those blueprints would need to face the world's strongest lockbox, which can melt your face in less than one second. Not to mention the mini-reactors will also function as self-destruct function in case of security failure, which ultimately would wipe not only the mansion, but also probably few kilometers around them should unsavory guys tried to pry open the lockbox by force; the ultimate detterant, if you could say so.
