I'm not big on the subject, but that guy is from from Yogioh GX. Hes always walking around with that Alligator strapped to his back for some reason. Not sure if theirs any real relation with him and that girl hold his Alligator, but I think the artist is implying he had her as a child with Kallen since they have similar hair LOL!
The guy is Jim Crocodile Cook, from Yu-Gi-Oh GX. The girl is Aki Izayoi from Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's. & of course, there's Kallen from Code Geass. There's no official connection between any of these characters, nor has there ever been any proof that Aki has an interest in crocodiles. Of course it's always been said that she bares a strong resemblance to Kallen, but I really don't know how Jim fits in as the dad.
I know this picture is suppose to be a joke that Aki is the daughter of Jim and Kallen, yet why must she be missing a tooth while having a stereotypical hillbilly facial expression?

I figured it was more of her being a "child". Then it would be "tooth hasn't grown in" and just a childish face. It would also show more of the "she's the daughter" feeling.
