From the way other operators are talking about it, it doesn't seem just "Doctor has an interest in yuri and the girl ops are grossed out by that" it sounds more like "Doctor is interested in yuri but is abrasive about it." Maybe forcing his 'pairings' on operators and generally being slimy about it. For example: there's a difference between supporting homosexual love and fetishising it to a disgusting degree (think like fujoshi) to where you 'ship' real people.
