The best part of getting with Kal’tsit would be the disdain and hatred for you in her eyes as you stick it in. This is assuming that you’re the doctor and ignoring how you got her to agree to this, of course.
Pretty sure she doesnt hate us, she cares for the doctor and cheers for him. Heck some of our interaction with her in chapter 7 was like two friends joking around
No, she hates the doctor. Says so very explicitly during chapter 8. She will never ever forgive them, but is willing to maintain a professional working relationship.
Her words are contradicting how does she have faith in someone she hates?
But i accept the not being able to forgive since its the same case with W, goddamn old testament doctor
Because just because she hates the Doctor doesn't mean she doesn't recognize how important they are to Rhodes Island. Her feelings do not diminish the Doctor's abilities and their benefits to RI's goals. She says as much herself.

Same way a person can acknowledge someone as competent and capable at something while still disliking the person with those skills. Doctor is a so-far unmatched force of tactical brilliance that singlehandedly is turning their fortunes around (Rhodes Island was losing people over time without him, and now RI is pulling seemingly impossible wins out of their asses with his guidance) and Kal'stit knows this. Rhodes Island NEEDS the Doctor and is mature and experienced enough to know that you don't have to like someone to work with them if your goals align.
Kal'stit obviously considers the Doctor's genius worth more to Rhodes Island than acting on her emotions regarding him. She can hate him all she wants in her private time, but she'll shove it down and work with him for what he brings to the table. It helps that the new Doctor is almost and entirely new person compared the old, but she can't seem to let go of what she sees when she looks at them and she can't forgive them regardless. Unlike W, who sees the new Doctor as a different person from the old, Kal can't separate them, not completely. Perhaps Kal believes that the Doctor might regain his memories and become that callous machine again in the future and is waiting for that shoe to drop.
