Oh look, another SD Gundam character that is going to be total headache to figure out a tag for. I think there are English language stores calling it "Dense Forest Ma" or something, but that cuts off like 40% of its name (it uses 'fancy' kanji to approximate the pronunciation of "Mark Two").
Edit: Okay, finally tracked down some kind of 'official' hobbyist store online catalog and got their names. Both characters are from the SD Gundam Sengokuden: Fuurinkazan subsubseries. Most of the character names from that subsubseries have an 'elemental' theme ("Dense Forest" for these two), plus some fancy-reading kanji that approximate the sounds of model numbers. So here, there's Mk-II, phonetically written using kanji normally used for Sanskrit/Pali lithurgical/mythological stuff (e.g. Buddhist manuscripts), and then there's Hyakushikikai, which sounds like "Type 100 Improved" (like Hyaku Shiki Kai), but written using different kanji meaning "Hundred Warriors Demon Improved".
Edit2: Oh wait, the original character is Musha Gundam Mk-II from back in 'chapter' one (Subseries 1, more like) of SD Gundam Sengokuden, himself based on the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II. Then he somehow got something called the Mitsurin no Yoroi (Armor of the Dense Woods), becoming Mitsurin no Mk-II in the process.
That's for Mitsurin no Mk-II. Mitsurin no Hyakushikikai *groaaaaan* is another character. He started off as Musha Hyakushikikai, with his design being based on Hyaku Shiki Kai. He's the son of some other Chapter 1 character named Hyakushiki (himself based on the Hyaku Shiki). Musha Hyakushikikai would later inherit the Mitsurin no Yori from Mitsurin no Mk-II, becoming Mitsurin no Hyakushikikai in the process.

So... *breathes*
SD CANON LORE IS A FREAKIN' SWAMP!
(G-Spring Goddess was right!)
The lore flies all over my head, but thank you very much for your hard work! Not into SD, but I can see why people seem... MOTIVATED about it... ehem.
Well, you're a Goddess of the "Forest" after all, so...
"Mitsurin no Mk-II", riiiight?
"Mitsurin" = "dense woods".Heh heh heh...
Good guess, but...
You are just a bit off!
On a one and a two...
My favorite character is "Mitsurin no Hyakushikikai"!
Mm-yes.
Ahhhhhh!
That whole story about them inheriting the divine implement of the gods stuff gives off the feel of a Roman-fleuve style cycle of epic saga novels! Sounds awesome if you put it that way!
Basically an epic saga style story published across multiple novels, all detailing the lives of a group of closely-related people, or... TL;DR: something like LoTR.
The Mitsurin no Yoroi ("Armor of the Dense Woods") that both characters inherit is also a divine artifact handed down through the ages, similar to some of those found in epic saga stories.
Forest
Forest
And a member of the Hyakushiki clan being the one to inherit that artifact? Doublekewl awesomesauce!Oh, you are well informed!
Very well, shall I have you tell me your favorites too?
