However, this characters are not from the "Red Riding Hood" story, they are B.Hood and John Talbain from the Dark Stalkers/Vampire savior anime/game.

Painful sex is not necessarily forced sex. Question is, though, was she aware of what she was getting into (well, vice versa)?

Her leg posture looks relaxed; she's not twisting or pushing off from him. I think it's just painful sex.
