If you look at the angle of her right leg compared to where her right knee is supposed to be you can see it. The top half of her leg is crossing her body to the right, while her calve down is facing forward to the left.

It also fits Hood for her being a good example of the elegance of the Royal Navy. Her dress gave me some vibes to Queen Elizabeth II in her youth, since I believe she had a similar dress to what Hood has on.
