Her (and Nelson's) performance are somewhat below average, so this is the least the devs could do to bring her justice, I think, without a full refit. She got really overshadowed by all the new girls over the years.

Dammmmn Rodney is truly a beauty~ It's a damn shame she isn't as powerful or versatile as later game girls.

Which is odd since before the Japanese heavies last year like Kashino and Shinano, Nelson and Rodney had some of the biggest breasts in the game.

She was an old favorite but due to her artist being so busy she couldn't get the same sort of push that Atago and Takao was able to and this is pre-Taihou (While both sisters are quite stacked, they're not 200% fanservice like Taihou is)

Now in case of a very buxom ship being obscure, Ranger, nuff said.
