This was already discussed regarding things like Doom, Overwatch, and Team Fortress 2 content, and the site owner ruled in favor of it. Western style or western content is not off-topic, and the idea of a western-style tag was thrown out. The issue is quality rather than content. The site still prefers anime-like and Japanese culture things, but as long as it is high quality it isn't against the rules.

If you think a drawing is poor quality, it should be flagged for deletion. Just remember the point above and don't spam the system. If you don't like a particular art style, the best thing would be to blacklist relevant artist tags.

In the end, the artist tag is itself the best tag for representing any particular art style.

If you place the whole line it will blacklist altenate_skin_color && dark_skin posts which are these alternate_skin_color dark_skin
You can also blacklist this artist in another line for instance, I'd recommend blacklisting in your case:
