One strategy I see people use is to boost the stats for loading speed as much as possible. You can stuff as many people with skill boosts for loading speed in the crews as you can muster. Then if the RNG gods smile upon you, a bunch of your people will roll the skill boosts and increase your average rate of fire in combat. This can increase the rate of fire to ridiculously unrealistic levels, like having a Jagdtiger with a 128mm gun firing as fast as the M242 autocannon on a Bradley IFV!
If you get your vehicles into a good position and manage to roll the skill boosts, you can wipe the enemies off the map really quickly. This sounds kind of unfair on paper, but at the super high difficulty levels, it may be the only way any of your tanks can survive the mission!
If there's a parameter called "personality"...Tank commanderLoader...I'd say the only thing they've got going is momentum...Shoot, shoot, fire at will~~!!In Great Tankery Operation, it's important that you look closely at the student's stats.Winston Churchill huh...Well, it's usually not a good thing huh.GunnerDriverRadio operatorOOOH~~!!Tank commander, gunner, driver, radio operator, loader; each has their own area of specialty. But I've never seen the Churchill with so much momentum before!Yay~!!
