Says that there's a child post but there isn't. Yet I have seen an alternate version of the image on pixiv where the ferret is a penis. Should someone do something about this?

Oh, that's a common problem. To fix it, just click the "Upgrade your account for only $20" link on the top of the page. Shortly after you've done that, the child post should be visible.
