In this case given previous context, I would not, but that's coming down to personal opinion more than anything else. The twin that's now actively with him has always been the one to show more interest (not minding being seen in the morning, grabbing his dick when they fell asleep on top of him), and there's been nothing specific that indicates that sporty twin sees him as anything other than a friend.

In my eyes NTR requires an explicitly existing relationship that is then broken because of the cheating. There's no evidence that the twins were competing over him, only that straightforward twin was jealous that the guy liked sports twins athleticism.

I'm not going to remove the tag or anything, but it just strikes me as strange, which is why I asked. I'm aware I might just have a stricter than most definition of NTR.
