The comic is based on one of the Aquarius Heroes commercials. The scientist in the bottom right of this comic is from that commercial.
[Frogman Kosuke is facing the camera, deep in thought and wearing a speedo. In the background, you can make out people in lab coats. The view changes and we see that Kosuke is studying film of himself swimming. Indeed, the room is filled with a number of electronic equipments, video displays, and scientists.]
Dr. Aquarius: [carrying a bottle and cup full of Aquarius Vitamin Guard toward Kosuke] This is Vitamin Guard for the sake of your condition.
Kosuke: [drinks some of it. Suddenly, his ears grow and his eyes flash!] What if you added some more citric acid?
[The camera cuts to all the other scientists. They have all halted and looked up toward Kosuke, astonished at the brilliancy of his suggestion. But as one of them tries to say something, Dr. Aquarius butts in]
Dr. Aquarius: That's it!! Big idea!!
