There's something called crossover, and there's something called alternate reality. And there's spinoff continuation, on top of that there's alternate timeline. You can't use both character tags if they're not showing anything that warrants the tag: the rule is 'tag what you see', and there's nothing suggesting this is Mei from Honkai.
