The words on the cover seem to imply the book is in a specific media format known as "Sekai-kei", which I didn't understand well in a short research.
The title on the book spine is undecipherable to me.

I'm like 90% sure that the first kanji is 感, and the third is definitely 巨. The second and fourth I can't work out.
