upon further investigation, it seems like all of this agatsuma yuuki person's "artworks" are traced from piyokichi's art.
this one is from post #3949690 in particular.

Wow, I never expected myself to be this right, Piyokichi has a very distinct style so I couldn't help noticing the similarities.

Some of them don't even look (just) traced. A small number look more like someone ran a filter over them then reworked and recolored. Borderline third-party edit instead of just derivative work.
