I just changed the Text from "Magnificently done!" to "Magnificently Magnificent!" to keep the redundant humor.
the word 凄く simply translates to "very" but when written as 凄い it becomes "amazing". So the rough translation would be something along the lines of "Very Good!" but in Japanese people would not go out of the way to say "Amazingly Amazing!" or "Magnificently Magnificent!" so you would not see this being said in this way in Japanese.
