They did a reading stream for the manga, which is what spawned all the crossover fanart and even a piece from the original mangaka (post #4695183).

I know about the stream but the information is appreciated, thank you. I just wasn't sure how to tag this on here, so I went to see if the other stream inspired art was also uploaded here and the tags. It looks like they're all tagged with the series so I went ahead and tagged this the same way.
