It's short for ところ. Used here meaning "part" in the abstract sense, i.e. "I like that X part/side of yours."
Most of the time this can just be dropped in the translation and just rendered as "I like your X(ness)". A more precise translation would be along the lines of "Your X(ness) is what I like about you", but repeatedly phrasing it this way might sound weird when you have a bunch "...toko" sentences grouped together.
