I'm sure it's not a Yukkuri,since there's a "death" tag for this picture.This Flandre...She sure is needed to be tamed.

It's 18G on his Pixiv so definitely it's her head.

Also, yukkuris don't have ears.

^the orginal yukkuris have ears some draw them still with ears
however since china is a yukai and fairys and yukais tend too respawn after some time(memento of perfect sense)
i think sakuya punisched her for slaking of too play with flandre^^
