It's a game that has been released for free (pretty awesome considering how sugeno worked on it for over three years hand drawing everything) which is the best reason why it has been tagged as "poverty." Still, I believe that the tag is unnecessary and should be removed, even if it is a subtle joke.
Excellent graphics, surprisingly good background music, but the system threw me off a bit. Having gotten used to the likes of Guilty Gear and Melty Blood, I'm starting to miss regular combos.
