Name of the skin appears to be Weiss Uhrzeiger (White Clock Hands) but I'll wait for the official EN release rather than trust Google.

How gorgeous. Even if it's not an oath skin, it sure can be view as one.

There's been a theory that since rings are cheaper than some skins, the company decided to develop more "oath like" skins that are not real oath skins.
So players will pay more for "oath skins" than for the rings.

Seems like a conspiracy theory, but those beautiful white dresses do look like oath skins.

only issue is that IB oath skins have been so far largely black (Prinz seems the only exception)

So according to the artist, she didn't realize her design for Peter Strausser's party dress looked like a wedding dress until after she finished the art. So as much as we'd want to believe, it isn't the case at least this time it appears.

Not that I wouldn't want a proper bride treatment for peter, but considering the long waiting list for other girls it might be the closest thing to a proper bride skin.

It also is trend setting for Peter, her only other skin is a very ostentatious kind of Kimono with some very specific mythology built into the skin's background. So I guess we can at least look forward to all of Peter's skins being this level of over the top. Which honestly, i'm fine with.
