No, just drawn shes really rather busty in the fighting games ZUN's art is not really great for determining a girls breast size.

The official art for Symposium of Post-mysticism shows Sanae and Kanako both to be only moderately endowed. Suwako, of course, is completely flat.

Faith is about to overwhelm Sanae's sanctum and come towards the masses.

With as many different artists who work on the Touhou series, with no guidelines between them besides basic costume design, no official art can be trusted beyond a shadow of a doubt.

It's not like it matters, anyway. ZUN could come out tomorrow with a set of chest sizes and no one would follow it.

I might officially announce an order of height if there's a demand (since I set up a height comparison chart in the production materials).

However, backing up a bit...generally speaking, they're about as tall as girls in their early teens ['10代前半' means 10 to 14 years old]. A
suitable breakdown would be something like:
Tall: Sakuya, Meiling, Yukari
Fairly Tall: Reimu, Yuyuko, Alice, Letty, Ran
Fairly Short: Marisa, Youmu, Patchouli, Lunasa, Merlin
Short: Remilia, Lyrica, Chen, Cirno, Rumia, Flandre
Basically, if we consider the top level as the height of a human in her late teens or older ['10代後半以降' means 15 years old or above] and the bottom
level as the height of a human in her early teens ['10代前半' ], that puts them in a fairly short class (though none of that
level are human). If their sizes appear to be different on the game screen than given above, it's because of
some mystic force like perspective, so pay it no mind. :-)

I seem to recall that I read somewhere that the protagonists were 16-17 years old, and at the very least Meiling appeared to be in her early twenties, with Sakuya around 23-25. Can't recall where read it, though...

Their ages are ambiguous on purpose because every real-life year that passes is also a year that passes in Gensokyo (so it's been 7 years since EoSD happened, for example).

If time passes, that means that eventually, we'll be dealing with Christmas Cake Reimu (not that such a thing wouldn't be an improvement in MY eyes, but where would Touhou be without lolis?) so the ages are left nondescript.

I'm only bringing it u because in light of that, the cosmetics industry has a reason to invade Gensoukyo, if their girls can perpetually the looks of 10-14 years old girls...

That said, I don't notice them getting older in the games themselves. Although who knows, in a few years, maybe Reimu and friends will look more mature and older.

Time passes, but it doesn't mean they age. Not allowed to grow up syndrome, like Simpsons or the Pokemon anime. For various reasons, such as ZUN's art, or relatability, I'm willing to bet everyone with a stated age will stay the same and the PCs will always remain the same vague midteen age.

This being in Gensokyou, there is nothing stopping ZUN from simply saying "Reimu doesn't age because of her Hakurei blood, Marisa turned into a Youkai etc etc etc."

Marisa turning Youkai would kind of be a big deal, you know...

Part of the whole point is that she's basically an "ordinary" (self-proclaimed) girl going toe-to-toe with gods and demons based mostly on skill and sheer bravado.

Of course, it used to be the playable character's club was humans-only, but now we have half-ghosts and living goddesses with sadistic extermination streaks mucking things up, and Reimu's powerlevels have been supposedly ramping up from "She can't control her own powers" to "she has to ride a turtle to fly" to the point where she does crap like Fantasy Heaven, so maybe ZUN will be more flexible about it.

It seems apart from Sanae, who basically has it coming, none of the player characters want to live forever: Sakuya and Reimu flat-out declined to be vampirized, and Marisa said she'd never undergo the youkai conversion process, because she wants to stay human.

Marisa does, she just doesn't want to become a youkai to do it. She's fine learning from Kasen and the Taoists, though.
