GOOOOD MORNING!!
I had Bo Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew) for the first time and it was delish!! Super savory and the beef was very tender. The broth itself was not spicy at all (it may look spicy!) I only added the red peppers b/c I like it a bit spicy~!
