Her ability only affects events that have yet to occur, and it probably doesn't work on the immediate future. Only line here that could do anything is "Then I'll suck it." and there's probably not enough time between those words and the action itself for anything to happen to reverse it.
I would assume that some time has to pass for her ability to trigger, it’s not instantaneous. Otherwise, anything she says would get instantly reversed.
