Of the top 50 images by score, a grand total of 1 is rating:s. Of the top 200 it's a total of 4, with three of them would still be classified as heavily NSFW. That number stays the same all the way to top 500. Going by favcount, it's not only lower but those three NSFW-but-rating:s images go way up in the rankings.
